During our free consultation, we'll look at what you have and recommend the best path forward. Sometimes a few tweaks are all you need. Other times, starting fresh makes more sense.
Not at all. That's the whole point. You tell us about your business, what you offer, and who your customers are. We handle everything else: design, development, hosting, updates, security, and technical maintenance. You never need to log into anything or learn any software.

Because we invest significant time upfront designing your site, we don't offer refunds on completed work. However, we share a mockup before you commit, so you can see exactly what you're getting. Timeline & Process
Most websites launch within 1-2 weeks from our first conversation. Here's the typical timeline:

- Within 48 hours: You receive your custom mockup
- Days 3-7: We refine based on your feedback
- Days 7-14: Final build and launch
The basics: your business name, what you do, the areas you serve, and how customers can contact you. Photos of your work are helpful but not required (we can use professional stock photos if needed). Let us know during your consultation. If you have a deadline, like a grand opening, seasonal rush, or marketing campaign, we can often prioritize your project. We've launched sites in under a week when needed. Just be ready to provide quick feedback on drafts.
Support & Updates

We monitor your site and typically catch issues before you do. If something does go wrong, contact us and we'll fix it as quickly as possible. Emergency issues are prioritized. This is included in your plan - you don't pay extra for fixes or technical support.
Yes. Unlike big agencies where you get passed around, you'll work with the same people who know your business, your preferences, and your history. We keep detailed notes so you never have to repeat yourself. When you contact us for changes or help, you're talking to someone who already knows your site.
We respond to emails and requests Monday through Friday during working hours. Non-urgent requests are typically handled within 24-48 hours. For true emergencies (like your site being down), we have monitoring in place and respond as quickly as possible, including weekends.

We set up your site with SEO best practices: proper page titles, meta descriptions, fast loading speeds, mobile optimization, and clean code that Google can read. We also help you set up or optimize your Google Business Profile, which is crucial for local searches. When someone searches "landscaper near me" or "carpet cleaning [your city]," your site will have the foundation to appear. Actual rankings depend on competition, reviews, and content, but we give you the technical setup to compete.
It varies. Some clients get their first inquiry within days of launching, especially if they already have a customer base or active Google Business Profile. For brand new businesses or competitive markets, building search visibility takes longer. We focus on making your site convert visitors into leads: clear calls to action, easy contact forms, and click-to-call buttons. The leads come from both organic search and people you send directly to your site.
Our standard plan includes foundational SEO. For businesses wanting more aggressive growth (content marketing, local link building, paid ads management), we can discuss additional services. Many clients find the basics are enough to grow steadily. We're honest about what you need and won't upsell you on services that won't help your specific situation.
Technical Details
If you already have a domain (like yourbusiness.com), we'll connect your new site to it. If you need a new domain, we'll help you choose and register one.
Yes. You own your domain, your content, and your brand. You can cancel any time and retain your domain and content (exclusions apply). We don't hold your website hostage or make it difficult to move. The only thing you won't have is our ongoing hosting and support.
Yes. Every site includes SSL encryption (the padlock in the browser), which is also required for Google rankings. We host on secure, professionally managed servers with regular backups. We handle all security updates and monitoring. If there's ever a security issue, we fix it.
Yes. We can add:
- Contact forms that email you when someone fills them out
- Quote request forms for service businesses
- Online booking for appointments or classes
- Payment processing if you sell products or take deposits
