Timelines and Requests

We respond to website requests submitted via email within a few hours.

Our general business hours are Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm ET for live sessions, and we are available through Live Chat on weekends from 9am-midnight ET.

The Current Timeline for Website Requests is live below and is dependent on our current workload.

If we're building your website from scratch, we'll be in touch with you within 24 hours to schedule a live session. Or, if you prefer, you may submit a website request to get started.

We'll complete your website within the Current Timeline as stated above.

Website link and hosting costs?

Growth package clients: We'll cover up to $50 of any domain and hosting costs in the form of a discount from the package cost, or the direct payment to your domain and hosting preferences. It is only available once.

If your hosting provider handles their subscriptions on a monthly basis, we'll cover the cost for three (3) months. If your hosting provider handles their subscriptions on a yearly basis, we'll cover the cost for one (1) year.

Add-ons or upgrades?

You may upgrade your plan at any time, but you are not able to downgrade your plan.

You may submit a website request to add any additional features or upgrades to your website. All additional payments are processed securely through Stripe and are billed separately from your subscription.
