Connect your existing domain

What we need

  • Your domain and current registrar
  • Either: A/CNAME added by you, or a temporary login for us
  • Contact and communicatiom via email, for any DNS/SSL confirmations

Steps

  1. Choose "Connect Domain" on our Domain Request Form.
  2. We send DNS records or apply them with your temp login.
  3. We verify DNS & SSL. Propagation usually completes in 0-24h.

Transfer your domain to WebEaze

What we need

  • Unlock domain at your registrar
  • EPP/Auth code (you must request from current registrar)
  • Written approval to proceed via email or to our mailing address

Steps

  1. Choose "Transfer Domain" and Submit EPP code via our Domain Request Form.
  2. You approve transfer emails from your registrar.
  3. We monitor progress (typical 5-7 days). Most transferred domains add an additional registration year so you don't lose time.

ICANN: domains are locked for 60 days after a new registration or prior transfer.

  2. We register and connect DNS immediately.

  • All changes are handled in writing only (email or U.S. mail).
  • We don't call third parties on your behalf to conduct or confirm any changes.
  • You must share any login information, or EPP codes directly in the email you receive from us. Do not email us directly if we do not ask for this information.
  • Email/MX records preserved. Just tell us your provider (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.).
