Do I keep ownership?
Yes. You own the profile. We’re added as managers and can be removed anytime.
How often do you update it?
We review your business profile monthly and publish your post/photos tied to your promos. Urgent edits must be done on request and may include a $69 rush fee.
Do you support multiple locations?
Yes. We manage each location under your brand. Our pricing is per location. For example, if you're on our Growth plan and you have two business locations, your first one is included and your second one is available as an add-on.
Will you respond to reviews?
We provide suggested replies in your tone. Full reply management is available if needed, provided that you are on Growth and Elite plan. To request help with replying to reviews, submit a support ticket.
