Website Setup Package (WSP)

This article is for clients who previously signed up for our Website Setup Package. It includes important information as we completely deprecate this plan. Please read carefully to understand what this means for you and your website.

Why is this changing?

As WebEaze has grown, so have the tools, time, and support needed to deliver high-performing websites. We also didn't want to switch to a pricing model with hourly rates, which we've seen lead to unpredictable and high costs for web design. To meet our needs with our clients in mind, we've moved to a subscription-based model that offers greater value and long-term support.

So, what's not changing is our commitment to providing affordable, reliable website management and support with no hourly rates.

What it means for you

The original Website Setup Package is now grandfathered and no longer available to new clients.

You may remember signing a Scope of Work. If that's the case, your plan is honored through the end of your original agreement. If you didn't sign a Scope of Work, we've reached out to you directly with a deadline to transition or cancel.

You're now part of our Essential Plan, which includes:
  • Ongoing maintenance & management via email
  • Domain and content management
  • Bi-monthly performance and uptime checks
  • Emergency site support
  • Access to our Help Center

What's no longer included?

  • Access to Google Meet, Live Chat, or Phone support
  • Previously added features cannot be removed or changed
  • Priority request handling
  • Advanced SEO services

When your agreement or plan ends

If you don't subscribe to one of our current plans by the end of your original agreement, our support and maintenance services will end.

  • If we purchased your domain or hosting on your behalf, those services will also end unless it's transferred to another provider for a $99 site transfer fee.
  • Your website may remain live if we didn't manage your domain or hosting. However, we won't be able to provide any further support or guidance.
  • You'll need to choose one of our current plans to receive Google Meet, Live Chat, Phone and Email support, SEO services, and domain & hosting management.

Important Notes

  • You remain bound by our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
  • Your account is active under the Essential Plan under your term ends.
  • To access Live Chat, priority requests, advanced SEO, or ad-campaign setup, consider upgrading to the Growth or Elite plan — early clients may qualify for a discount if you let us know in advance.
  • All Website Setup packages will expire by May 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I check when my term ends?
You can check your original Scope of Work document or contact us for confirmation.

Can I upgrade before my plan ends?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime to our current Essential, Growth, or Elite plans. Early upgrades may qualify for a loyalty discount.

What happens if I do nothing at the end of my term?
Once your legacy term expires, your site will remain live but will no longer receive maintenance or support unless you move to a current plan.

Will my website change when I switch plans?
No. Your website design and content remain the same; only your level of support and included features change.

Can I transfer my site instead?
Yes. We can provide your hosting or domain details if you choose to manage your site independently. Additional migration help may follow our Fee Schedule.

Is Live Chat or Google Meet support available to legacy clients?
No. Additional support benefits are included with Growth and Elite plans. You can upgrade to access them any time.
