Important Update for Website Setup Package Clients

Website Setup Package (WSP)

This article is exclusively for clients who previously signed up for our Website Setup Package. It outlines what this change means for you, what's no longer included, when your agreement ends, and important notes to keep in mind.

Why are we changing things?

As WebEaze has grown, so have the tools, time, and support needed to deliver high-performing websites. To meet those needs, we’ve moved to a subscription-based model that offers greater value and long-term support — still with our core promise: no hourly rates.

The original Website Setup Package is now grandfathered and no longer available to new clients.

What it means for you

If you signed a Scope of Work under the Website Setup Package, your plan is honored through the end of your original 12- or 18-month agreement. In addition, you're now considered part of our Essential Plan, which includes:

  • Domain and content management
  • Bi-monthly performance and uptime checks
  • Ongoing security monitoring and updates
  • Emergency website/security support
  • Access to our Help Center

Here's what no longer included

  • Support is now email only.
  • Previously added features cannot be removed or changed without an upgrade or according to our Fee Schedule.

When your agreement or plan ends

After your 12- or 18-month term:

  • You'll need to choose one of our current subscription plans to keep receiving support and maintenance.
  • Your plan will be subject to current pricing and policies.
  • All Website Setup packages will expire by mid-2026. At that time, all clients must be on a monthly or annual plan or service will end.

Important Notes

  • You remain bound by our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
  • Your account is active under the Essential Plan under your term ends.
  • To access Live Chat, priority requests, advanced SEO, or ad-campaign setup, consider upgrading to the Growth or Elite plan — early clients may qualify for a discount if you let us know in advance.

How can I check when my term ends?
You can check your original Scope of Work document or contact us for confirmation.

Can I upgrade before my plan ends?
Yes. You can upgrade anytime to our current Essential, Growth, or Elite plans. Early upgrades may qualify for a loyalty discount.

What happens if I do nothing at the end of my term?
Once your legacy term expires, your site will remain live but will no longer receive maintenance or support unless you move to a current plan.

Will my website change when I switch plans?
No. Your website design and content remain the same; only your level of support and included features change.

Can I transfer my site instead?
Yes. We can provide your hosting or domain details if you choose to manage your site independently. Additional migration help may follow our Fee Schedule.

Is Live Chat or Zoom support available to legacy clients?
No. Additional support benefits are included with Growth and Elite plans. You can upgrade to access them any time.
