This page is for clients who signed up for our original Website Setup Package (formerly Billy Joinville Web Services). Please read this carefully to understand what's happening and what you need to do.

Why Is This Changing?

When we started WebEaze (formerly Billy Joinville Web Services), we offered a one-time setup package to help small businesses get online quickly. As we've grown, we required more time and resources that a one-time package couldn't support long term, especially since we cover domain and hosting management as part of the service.

Our new subscription plans include everything the original package had, plus domain & hosting management, SEO optimization, and ongoing support via multiple channels. This means your website stays current and you always have someone to help when you need it.

We didn't want to switch to hourly billing, which can get expensive fast. The best way to continue is with our subscription plans that have a flat monthly rate with no contracts or hidden fees.

Your Two Options

You have until May 31, 2026 to decide what you want to do. Here's what happens with each choice:

Option 1: Switch to a Current Plan

  • Your website keeps running with no interruption
  • You continue receiving maintenance and security updates
  • You can request changes and updates anytime
  • Domain and hosting costs included*
  • We keep managing your domain and hosting
  • You have access to our Help Center and support team
  • Emergency support is available if your site has problems
  • You can take advantage of new features and services
  • SEO optimization included
  • You may qualify for a loyalty discount

Option 2: Do Nothing / Leave WebEaze

  • All WebEaze support and maintenance stops on June 1, 2026
  • No more updates, changes, or fixes to your website
  • No access to our Help Center or support team
  • No emergency support if your site goes down
  • If we manage your hosting, your site may go offline
  • You will need to find another provider or manage everything yourself

About Site Transfers

If you decide to leave WebEaze and want to take your website with you, we can transfer your files and domain to another provider. There is a $99 transfer fee that covers the time needed to package your site and coordinate with your new host. After the transfer, we will no longer be able to help you with your website.

What You Get With Our Current Plans

Our current plans start at $169 per month and include everything you need to keep your website running smoothly:

Loyalty Discount Available

As a Website Setup Package client, you may qualify for a loyalty discount when you switch to a current plan. Contact us before switching to ask about available discounts.

Common Questions

How do I know when my Website Setup Package agreement ends?

Check your original Scope of Work document, or contact us and we will look it up for you. All agreements end no later than May 31, 2026.

Can I switch to a current plan right now?

Yes. You can switch anytime before the deadline. The sooner you switch, the sooner you get access to all the benefits of our current plans. Visit our pricing page to choose a plan.

What if I miss the deadline?

If you do not switch to a current plan by May 31, 2026, all WebEaze services will stop on June 1, 2026. We will not be able to help you after that date unless you sign up for a current plan.

Will my website look different if I switch plans?

No. Your website design and content stay exactly the same. Switching plans only changes your level of support and the features you have access to.

What if I want to manage my website myself?

We can transfer your website files and domain to you or another provider for a $99 fee. After the transfer, you will be responsible for all hosting, security, and maintenance. We will not be able to provide any help or support.
