A full redesign of your existing website. New look, new layout, same content. Rebuilt visual identity, typography, and structure across up to 3 pages. A preview is shown before anything goes live.
Not included in any plan
Updates across multiple pages of your existing site. Content refreshes, layout improvements, and design adjustments that span more than one page. Best for a partial site refresh or a set of related changes.
Updates to a single existing page. Text edits, image swaps, section changes, or small fixes that go beyond routine maintenance. Ideal for one contained, specific request.

Email Newsletter

How fees are applied
Billing information
All fees require your approval via invoicing. One-time charges appear as separate invoices from your plan. Monthly add-ons are added to your regular billing starting the next cycle after activation (ex: your plan is $199/month and Google Business Profile is $99/month, so your plan is now $298/month).
Invoices are sent via email with a secure payment link. Card information is never stored and purchases must be made through the secure link.
Fair-use limits
Fair-use limits are designed to protect service quality for all clients, not to restrict normal work. Most clients never approach these limits. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
Custom quotes & fee updates
The minimum fee for custom quotes is $119.00 USD.
Requests not listed here are quoted after a review. A written estimate is provided with a secure payment link. Fees may be updated with at least 30 days' notice. Fees follow the Refund Policy.
- Final price depends on project scope. A written quote is confirmed with you before work begins.
- Platform fees cover the first 12 months of your chosen e-commerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.). Renewal costs are the client's responsibility after year one.
- Additional domains include the first year of registration. Renewals are billed annually at cost after the first year.
- Subscription costs for third-party platforms (booking tools, live chat, e-commerce, and email) are the client's responsibility and are billed separately by the provider.
- Unless copywriting or design is purchased, you provide the text and images for your site and confirm you hold the rights to use them.
- Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you upon full payment.
- Pages beyond the stated limit are accepted if you joined with an existing website, up to 8 pages. Essential and Growth plans carry a limit of 3 and 6 website pages, respectively.
- Rush fees are charged per request, not per page. If you mark more than one request as rush, a separate rush fee applies to each.
