To ensure we provide an all-in-one service, we've updated our domain and hosting coverage policy. Effective January 3, 2026, all new and renewing clients will have their domain costs covered directly through WebEaze as part of their plan. Hosting coverage will also be included if we're building and hosting the website via GitHub Pages. This change doesn't impact existing clients with active domain or hosting credits. To enhance your support experience, we've introduced Total Access Support for Growth and Elite plan clients. This bundled feature includes options for Google Meet sessions, Live Chat, and Phone support, ensuring you can reach us in the way that suits you best.
To make your client experience even easier and more reliable, we're transitioning from Zoom to Google Meet for all live support sessions beginning December 1, 2025. Moving forward, our Zoom Live Support benefit will be renamed Google Meet for naming consistency.
