Starting in March, we will no longer send out monthly email newsletters. Instead, important updates and announcements will be emailed and posted on our Status Page as they occur. This change is part of our commitment to reducing email clutter and ensuring you only receive the most relevant information.
To ensure we provide an all-in-one service, we've updated our domain and hosting coverage policy. Effective January 3, 2026, all new and renewing clients will have their domain costs covered directly through WebEaze as part of their plan. Hosting coverage will also be included if we're building and hosting the website via GitHub Pages. This change doesn't impact existing clients with active domain or hosting credits. To make your client experience even easier and more reliable, we're transitioning from Zoom to Google Meet for all live support sessions beginning December 1, 2025. Moving forward, our Zoom Live Support benefit will be renamed Google Meet for naming consistency.
