Support Hours & Updates

Growth plan clients now have access to Total Access Support, a bundled support tier that includes Google Meet video sessions, Live Chat through the website, and direct Phone support. This means you can reach us through whichever channel works best for you on any given day, without needing to schedule in advance for every question.

Total Access Support was introduced in response to feedback from clients who wanted faster, more flexible ways to get help. Rather than being limited to email or a scheduled call, Growth plan clients can now get real-time answers during business hours through chat or phone, and screen-share sessions through Google Meet for anything more involved.

Starting December 1, 2025, all live support sessions at WebEaze moved from Zoom to Google Meet. This applies to all scheduled screen-share appointments and any live video support included with the Growth plan. Any Zoom links previously shared with clients are no longer active.

Google Meet was chosen because most clients already have a Google account, which means there is nothing to download and no account setup required to join a session. Sessions can be joined directly from a browser link, which reduces friction for clients who are not familiar with third-party meeting software.

When a live support session is scheduled, you will receive a Google Meet link by email. If you have any trouble joining, contact us at support@webeaze.io before your appointment and we will assist you.

During the period of federal government disruptions in late 2025, WebEaze made accommodations available to clients who were directly affected by reduced income, delayed payments, or uncertainty related to the shutdown. We recognize that unexpected financial pressure can make it difficult to maintain recurring service costs, and we wanted to make sure clients did not lose their website or service continuity because of circumstances outside their control.

Clients who reached out during this period were offered payment deferrals, temporary pauses, or adjusted billing arrangements on a case-by-case basis. No client who communicated with us about their situation was dropped or penalized for the impact of the shutdown.

In October 2025, WebEaze extended a limited-time offer to all clients who had originally signed up under the Website Setup Package. Eligible clients were given the opportunity to transition to either the Essential or Growth subscription plan at a reduced introductory rate, as a reward for being early WebEaze clients and to make the switch as easy as possible.

All eligible clients were contacted directly by email with the details of their specific offer and instructions on how to complete the upgrade. The offer period ran through November 30, 2025. Clients who completed their upgrade during that window received the discounted rate applied to their first billing cycle on the new plan.

This offer has now closed. Clients who did not upgrade during the offer period can still transition to a current plan at the standard rate. If you have questions about your current status or want to discuss your options, reach out to us at support@webeaze.io.

Growth plan clients can now request Google Business Profile management as part of their existing subscription. This includes tasks such as updating business hours, adding photos, responding to reviews, and keeping your profile information accurate and consistent with your website. Requests are submitted through the standard Website Request form, the same way website updates are handled.

Google Business Profile is one of the most important tools for local visibility. Keeping it accurate and active improves how your business appears in Google Search and Google Maps results, which directly affects how many new customers find you. Growth plan clients who have not yet claimed or connected their profile are encouraged to do so and submit a request so we can assist with the setup.

Before this page existed, clients had to rely on email to stay informed about changes to their service. The Support Center gives you a place to check at any time, without waiting for a message to arrive.

The page is organized with the most recent updates at the top. Each entry includes a category badge, the date it was posted, and a full description of what changed and why. Updates cover everything from new features and pricing changes to policy updates and scheduled maintenance. Older entries are archived and available through the button at the bottom of the page.
