Read full Refund PolicyYou can cancel your plan at any time. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. It's month-to-month, and we believe in earning your business every month.
When you cancel:
Good standing means your account has been active for at least 12 consecutive months with no outstanding balance. Accounts active for less than 12 months may incur a file export fee. See the Fee Schedule for details.
All plans include ongoing support for website maintenance, updates, and minor changes. Requests are submitted through the Website Request page and handled in order of priority.
Higher-tier plans receive faster response times when possible.
What's considered "out of scope":
Out-of-scope requests are quoted separately before work begins.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Your card is charged on the same date each month, and you can manage your billing details through the Client Portal.
If a payment fails, we'll retry automatically. After approximately 7 days of failed payments, your account may be suspended until the balance is resolved. We'll always try to contact you first.

If you already have a domain elsewhere, we'll connect it to your new site at no extra charge. You remain responsible for renewing that domain with your existing registrar.

Add-ons (like extra pages, booking integrations, or custom features) are billed separately unless they're already included in your plan's scope.
Automation projects (email sequences, CRM integrations, custom workflows) require a separate Scope of Work document. Once automation work begins, it is non-refundable.
We'll always discuss pricing and scope before starting any add-on or automation work. No surprise charges.
Platform Credits: If you recently paid for hosting elsewhere (within the past 2 months) and can provide receipts, we may issue a credit toward your WebEaze subscription.
Site Transfers: If you're transferring a site from another provider, any transfer fees charged by that provider are your responsibility unless we specifically agree to cover them in writing.
File Exports: When you cancel, you can request your website files within 30 days. If your account is in good standing (12+ months active), there's no fee. Otherwise, see the Fee Schedule.
