WebEaze provides subscription-based website design and ongoing maintenance plans focused on reliability, growth, and long-term support for small businesses. All plans include ongoing website maintenance, SEO improvements, mobile responsiveness, hosting coordination, and DNS setup. Clients also gain access to the WebEaze Website Request page for support, billing, and requests.

Policies summary

Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable once project setup begins. Refunds are not issued for partial months, canceled subscriptions, or completed work. Refunds are not issued if a request exceeds the original scope.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel at any time. Hosting and maintenance stop immediately upon cancellation. Files may be provided if the account is in good standing.

Good standing: an account active for at least 12 consecutive months. Accounts active for less than 12 months may incur a fee (see the Fee Schedule ).

Support Policy

Support varies by plan:

  • Essential: email support only.
  • Growth: email, Google Meet, Live Chat, dedicated phone line.
  • Elite: priority email, Google Meet, Live Chat, and dedicated phone line.

Higher-tier plans receive faster priority when possible.

Billing & Fees

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Failed payments may result in suspension after ~7 days unless otherwise arranged.

Fees follow the Fee Schedule and Refund Policy .

Domain & Hosting Policy

WebEaze handles DNS and hosting setup for all plans:

  • Essential: hosting/domain paid by client; configuration done by WebEaze.
  • Growth: hosting setup + $50 hosting credit.
  • Elite: hosting fully covered under scope.

Add-On & Automation Policy

Add-ons are billed separately unless included in your plan’s scope. Automation projects are non-refundable once started. Large or custom automation requires a separate Scope of Work.

Credits & Transfers

Platform credits may be issued to clients who recently paid for hosting (within 2 months) and can provide receipts.

Transfer fees are the client's responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.
