For the best results on your website, send your logo in one of these formats:

Best formats

  • SVG (preferred): Scales to any size without losing quality. Perfect for web use. If you have this, always use it.
  • PNG with transparent background: Great for logos that sit on different background colors. Make sure it's at least 500px wide.

Formats to avoid

  • JPEG/JPG: Doesn't support transparency, which can create an unwanted white box around your logo.
  • Low-resolution PNGs: Logos smaller than 300px wide will appear blurry on modern screens.
  • PDF or AI files: These can't be used directly on the web. Export a PNG or SVG from these first.

How to send it

Upload your logo through the client portal or include it with your Content Submission Form. If you're not sure what format you have, send what you've got and we'll let you know if we need something different.
