You pay and we confirm
Choose the tier that fits and complete checkout. You'll get a payment confirmation from Stripe. Make sure your email address is correct since we'll use it to follow up with next steps.

Our team contacts you to confirm project details and request anything we need to get started: your existing site URL, brand assets, or a description of the changes needed.
We get to work
Once we have what we need, work begins. Timelines vary by tier: Basic in 3 to 5 days, Standard in 5 to 7 days, Full Build first draft in 7 to 14 days. Complex projects or delays on your end may extend the timeline.
You review and request revisions
We send you a preview for review. You can request up to 3 minor revisions within 14 calendar days of delivery as long as they fall within the original scope.
The 14-day window starts when you're notified the project is complete, not when you purchased.Minor revisions include: text changes, image swaps, color or font adjustments, typo or broken link fixes.
Revisions outside the original scope (new sections, new features, layout redesigns) are invoiced separately.
We deliver or go live
For Basic and Standard projects, we apply the changes to your existing site and notify you when complete.
For Full Builds, we handle domain setup, QA testing, and launch. You'll receive all files and credentials at delivery. After handoff, we don't retain access unless you subscribe to a plan.

If you decide you want ongoing support after your project is delivered, subscribe to any monthly plan within 14 calendar days and we'll take care of two things for you:
After the 14-day window, the standard setup fee applies. To subscribe, submit a request through our Website Request page and let us know which plan you'd like. We'll send a custom link that applies both discounts.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Have a project that doesn't fit the standard tiers? Contact us and describe what you need. We can quote larger or more complex projects outside of the standard tiers.
