This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how WebEaze Web Design ("WebEaze," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information in connection with our website located at webeaze.io (the "Site") and the services we provide (the "Services").   • HubSpot CRM: We use HubSpot to manage client relationships, track communications, and organize service delivery. Information stored in HubSpot may include contact details, business information, form submissions, communication history, and project notes. HubSpot's data practices are governed by its own Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe Payment Processing: Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. WebEaze does not store complete payment card numbers. Stripe may collect and process your name, email address, billing address, and payment card information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and PCI-DSS compliance standards.

1.3 Service-Related Information. In the course of providing Services, we may collect or access:

  • Domain registration records and DNS configuration details
  • Web hosting account credentials and server access information (when provided by you)
  • Website analytics, traffic data, and performance metrics (when shared by you)
  • Audio/video recordings of meetings and consultations (see Section 5)
  • Support tickets, technical logs, and troubleshooting information

3.3 Marketing Communications. With your consent, we may send promotional communications about our Services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or by contacting us directly. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect service-related communications.

4. Security

5. Google Meet & Recordings

5.1 Video Conferencing. We may use Google Meet or similar video conferencing platforms for meetings, consultations, screen sharing sessions, and support calls.

5.2 Recording Notice. Meetings may be recorded for the following purposes:

  • Documentation of project requirements and client instructions
  • Quality assurance and service improvement
  • Training and professional development
  • Record-keeping and dispute resolution

5.3 Recording Practices.

  • You will be notified when a recording is in progress (typically via platform notification)
  • Recordings are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except as required by law
  • Recordings are retained for a reasonable period and deleted when no longer needed for business purposes
  • You may request that a meeting not be recorded; however, we reserve the right to decline meetings where recording is necessary for documentation purposes

5.4 Third-Party Terms. Participation in video conferences requires acceptance of the applicable platform's terms of service and privacy policy. WebEaze is not responsible for data practices of third-party video conferencing providers. Review Google Meet's policies at Google Meet Terms.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

6.1 Types of Cookies. Our Site may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies for the following purposes:

  • Essential Cookies: Necessary for Site functionality and cannot be disabled
  • Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how visitors interact with our Site, allowing us to improve performance and user experience
  • Functional Cookies: Remember your preferences and settings

7.3 Disclaimer. WebEaze is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party websites or services, even if accessed through links on our Site or as part of our Services.

8. Data Retention

8.1 Retention Periods. We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide the Services to you and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy

Where we process personal data of EU or UK individuals, we do so on the following lawful bases: (a) performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to deliver the Services you have requested; or (b) legitimate interests, for activities such as fraud prevention and service improvement, provided such interests are not overridden by your rights. 10. Changes to This Policy
