A monthly plan isn't required to work with WebEaze. If you need a website or updates but don't want an ongoing subscription, there are a few ways we can still help.

Option 1: One-Time Web Project

A One-Time Web Project lets you pay once for exactly what you need, with no recurring charge. There are three tiers depending on the scope of work:

Basic — $149

Small, focused changes on a single page. Text edits, image swaps, layout tweaks, or minor bug fixes.

Standard — $299

Updates across up to two existing pages. Content changes, layout adjustments, and section redesigns.

Full Build — $449

A complete new website built from scratch. Includes up to 3 pages plus a contact page, custom design, and mobile optimization.

These are standalone purchases. You won't be enrolled in a subscription automatically.

Good to know: If you decide to subscribe within 14 days of your one-time project delivery, the $199 setup fee and your first month are both waived. Learn more about subscribing after a one-time project.

What isn't included in a one-time project

Since there's no ongoing plan, the following services aren't part of a one-time project:

  • Ongoing updates or change requests after delivery
  • Hosting, SSL, or backups
  • SEO monitoring or performance reports
  • Support after the project is delivered

For full builds, the files and credentials are handed off to you at delivery. Hosting is your responsibility after that.

Option 2: Subscribe later

You can start with a one-time project and add a subscription plan whenever you're ready. There's no deadline or obligation to subscribe after a one-time project, though the 14-day discount window described above does expire.

Option 3: Contact us for a custom quote

Have something specific in mind that doesn't fit the standard tiers? Reach out and describe what you need. We can quote larger or more complex projects outside of the standard one-time tiers.

Who isn't eligible for one-time projects

Existing WebEaze subscribers aren't eligible to purchase one-time projects. One-time project pricing can't be applied as a discount or credit toward a subscription plan.
