One-Time Website Help: Get a Website Without a Monthly Plan

Most website companies want you on a monthly plan. That is a great fit if you want someone to run your site for you forever. But what if you just need one thing done, or you are not ready to commit to a monthly bill? That is exactly what One-Time Website Help is for.

What "One-Time Website Help" actually means

It is simple. You pay one flat price, one time, and we do a specific piece of work on your website. No subscription, no recurring charge. It used to be called a "one-time web project," and it is a good option if you want a website, or a fix, without signing up for anything ongoing.

The three options

There are three flat prices, depending on how much work you need:

• Basic, $149. A small change on one page. Think text edits, swapping a photo, a layout tweak, or a quick fix.
• Standard, $299. Updates across up to two pages. Content changes, layout adjustments, or a section redesign.
• Full Build, $449. A complete new website built from scratch. Up to 3 pages plus a contact page, with a custom design that looks great on phones. Extra pages are $199 each.

You pick the one that matches what you need. The price is flat, so there is no surprise hourly bill for the work itself.

You still get a client portal

Paying once does not mean you are on your own. Every one-time client gets a WebEaze client portal. You log in and watch your website come together step by step, see when it is ready for you to review, and send us a message if something needs fixing. You are a real WebEaze client. You are just doing it once instead of every month.

How reviews and billing work

Your flat price covers the build plus up to 3 rounds of small changes within 14 days of delivery. Small changes are things like fixing wording, swapping an image, or adjusting a color. Once you have used your 3 rounds, or after the 14 days are up, any extra changes are billed by the hour at $50.75. Bigger requests, like adding a whole new page or a booking system that was not part of your order, are quoted separately.

You own everything

When the work is done, your website and all its files are yours. For a Full Build, we set up your domain, test it, launch it, and hand over your logins. You can keep it, host it wherever you like, or move it later. It is yours.

Changed your mind and want ongoing help?

Sometimes people start with a one-time build and later decide they would rather have us handle everything for them. If that happens, there is a nice bonus. Subscribe to a monthly plan within 14 days of getting your finished site and we waive your first month and the $199 setup fee. If you do not, no problem. You simply keep your finished site.
