What to expect once cancellation takes effect.

| Immediately | Your subscription ends. We stop processing updates and support requests. Your website may be taken offline. |
| Up to 30 days | For active subscription plan clients, website files are typically held on our servers during this window to allow for reactivation. This does not apply to all account types. |
| After 30 days | Website files may be permanently deleted. We are not responsible for data loss after this period. |

What happens to your domain name and account data.

| Domain you own | If you provided your own domain, it remains yours. We will disconnect it from our servers upon cancellation. |
| Domain WebEaze paid for | If we registered or paid for your domain on your behalf, a $99 Domain Retrieval fee applies to transfer it to you. Without payment, the domain may lapse. |
| Client portal & history | Your portal access is deactivated upon cancellation. Download any invoices before canceling. |
| Email & communication records | We retain communication records per our Privacy Policy. Requests for deletion can be emailed to legal@webeaze.io. |

Your site can be reactivated with minimal setup. A $199 reactivation fee applies and a new subscription begins.
Files may have been deleted. Reactivation is treated as a new project and the standard $199 setup fee applies. Previous design may not be available.
Annual billing is non-refundable for the remaining term.
Cancellation stops future billing β it does not trigger a refund.
Canceling your plan does not entitle you to a refund for the current or prior billing periods.
