This article is intended for clients with a custom billing arrangement. If you're on one of these arrangements, it is emailed to you with the subject "Your Custom Billing Arrangement".

Your arrangement doesn't follow our standard plan structure and doesn't include the standard plan benefits.

Hourly billing

Any request you submit is billed at $50.75 per hour. You are sent an invoice after work is completed. It must be paid within 2 days after it is sent.

If your invoice isn't paid within 2 days following completion of your request, your balance becomes due, your arrangement is cancelled, and the balance due may be sent to a collections agency if necessary.

For consistency: You are assigned to the Growth plan. Your plan benefits are listed in your client portal except for maintenance, and domain & hosting benefits.

Monthly maintenance caps

If your arrangement includes maintenance caps, here's how it works.

If your hourly charges reach the agreed cap for a given month, billing switches to a flat rate of $249. That flat rate applies for 2 months: the remainder of that billing month and the following month. After those 2 months, billing returns to the hourly rate.

For example, if your monthly cap is 5 hours, and you use 5 hours in a month, you won't be charged for any additional hours beyond that cap and will be billed at the flat rate for the remainder of the month and the following month.

Returning to hourly

After the two flat-rate months, your billing returns to $50.75 per hour. If work picks up again and hits the cap, the same cycle applies.
