If your website is showing a security warning in the browser (like "This site is not secure" or "Your connection isn't private"), it usually means there's an issue with your SSL certificate or HTTPS setup. Here's what to do.

Why this happens

  • SSL certificate expired: Your site's security certificate needs to be renewed. We handle this as part of your plan.
  • Mixed content: Some elements on the page are loading over HTTP instead of HTTPS. Modern browsers flag this.
  • Domain change: If your domain was recently moved or updated, HTTPS may need to be re-applied.
  • Site compromise: In rare cases, a warning may be triggered by malware or an unauthorized change. This is uncommon but should be treated seriously.

What to do right now

  1. Take a screenshot of the exact warning message you see
  2. Note the full URL shown in your browser's address bar
  3. Submit a request and select "URGENT, site down" as the priority
Important: If the warning says your site contains malware or has been hacked, mark your request as URGENT. We'll investigate and respond immediately.
