Almost certainly not. Unsolicited emails and cold calls claiming your website has SEO problems, security issues, or ranking errors are one of the most common scams targeting small business owners. These messages aren't from Google, not from WebEaze, and not from any legitimate source.
What these scams look like
- An email saying your website is "not ranking on Google" and offering to fix it for a fee
- A call from someone claiming to be from "Google" warning that your listing is about to be removed
- A message saying your website has a security vulnerability and needs immediate attention
- An invoice for SEO or directory listing services you never agreed to
The reality
Google doesn't call or email businesses unsolicited about their rankings or listings. Legitimate SEO agencies don't cold-call with urgent warnings. These messages are designed to create panic so you act without thinking.
Don't pay, click, or call back. If you received something suspicious and aren't sure, forward it to us at support@webeaze.io so we can investigate.
When should I actually be concerned?
If your website's down, displaying errors or any security warnings. Submit a request and we'll investigate shortly.
