Yes. Go to the Stripe billing portal, and select Update Subscription to change your plan.

How proration works

If you're upgrading to a higher plan, the change applies immediately with a prorated charge. If you're downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you may be issued a credit for the unused portion of your billing period.
