The easiest way to manage your subscription is from your client portal. Open the Account section and select Manage billing and plan, which takes you straight to your secure Stripe billing portal.

From there you can update your payment information, view and download invoices, and change your plan. You can also reach the Stripe billing portal directly if you prefer.

When you arrive at the Stripe Portal, enter the email you used for your first call with us. You'll receive a secure login link via email to access your billing portal.

Dashboard overview

Once logged in, you'll see your subscription details, payment history, invoices, and options to update your payment method.

Change your plan

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan directly from the Stripe portal. Select Update Subscription.

You can select your new plan and confirm the change. The billing will be prorated based on your current cycle, so you only pay for the time on each plan.

View past invoices

You can view and download your past invoices in the "Invoice History" section of the Stripe portal. You can download them as PDFs for your records or accounting needs.

Update payment information

Your billing information is stored securely with Stripe. We don't see or have access to your full card details. If you need to update your payment method, you can do so directly in the Stripe portal.

Select the Add payment method button and enter your payment details. That payment method will be charged starting on your next billing date.

Tip: You may select the three dots to update your main payment method, instead of adding a new one.

Update billing address and contact info

To update your billing address and contact information, select the Update information button.

Save your changes when you're done.

If there's changes to your email address, (such as switching from a @gmail.com domain to a business domain), please contact us so we can update our records and communication preferences.
