How can I manage my plan?

Manage your billing with us by going to your client portal, under the "Account Information" section.

You will be taken to the Stripe portal, our secure payment processing partner.

Dashboard overview

You will see your current plan, stored payment methods, billing information, and invoice history.

Change your plan

You can change your plan from here by selecting Update Subscription.

Confirm the changes. Your future billing will be calculated to reflect the cost differences between plans, if applicable.

View past invoices

View your past invoice history in the "Invoice History" section of the Dashboard. You can download them as PDFs for your records or accounting needs.

Update payment information

Your billing information is stored securely with Stripe. We don't see or have access to your full card details. Change your payment method(s) by going to the "Payment Method" section of the Dashboard.

Select the Add payment method button and enter your payment details. That payment method will be charged starting on your next billing date.

Tip: To update your current payment method, select the next to the payment method you want to update.

Update billing address

Update your billing information by selecting the Update information button.

Save your changes when done.
