We handle the entire domain setup process with you, whether you already own a domain, need to transfer one, or want us to purchase a new one on your behalf.

Connecting an Existing Domain

If you already own a domain, we'll update its DNS records to point to your new website. You can either:

  • Grant us temporary access to your registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.), or
  • Send us the DNS settings and we'll guide you step-by-step.

Transferring a Domain

If you want full, centralized management through us, we can transfer your domain into your WebEaze hosting environment. You'll provide the transfer code (EPP/Auth code), unlock the domain, and approve the transfer via your registrar email. Transfers generally take 5-7 days depending on the provider.

Purchasing a New Domain

If your plan includes a domain credit, we can purchase and register the domain for you using your confirmation and preferred name. We handle renewal and DNS management unless you request otherwise. We always aim to purchase all new domains via Namecheap.
