When you subscribe to WebEaze with an existing website, your plan page limit works a little differently during the initial onboarding period. Here is how it breaks down.

Plan page limits

Each plan includes a set number of pages for ongoing management:

  • Essential: Up to 3 pages
  • Growth: Up to 6 pages

The contact page is included in all plans and doesn't count toward your page limit.

What happens if your existing site has more pages than your plan limit?

We understand that businesses coming in with an existing website often have more pages than a brand-new build would start with. During onboarding, we'll take care of your existing pages up to a maximum of 8 pages, regardless of your plan tier. You don't pay an additional fee for pages above your plan limit during this initial onboarding phase.

Example: You subscribe to Essential and your existing site has 7 pages. During onboarding, we handle all 7 pages at no extra charge. Once onboarding is complete, those 7 pages are part of your managed site.

What about pages beyond 8?

If your existing site has more than 8 pages, get in touch before subscribing so we can review the scope and confirm the best approach. Sites with a large number of pages may require a custom arrangement.

Adding new pages after onboarding

Once your onboarding is complete, any new pages you want added to your site follow the standard additional pages fee. Each additional page is a one-time fee of $199. See Can you add more pages? for full details.

Important: The onboarding page allowance applies to pages that already exist on your site when you subscribe. It doesn't carry forward as a credit for new pages added later.
