Yes. A FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section is one of the most useful things you can add to your site. It reduces back-and-forth with potential clients, addresses objections before they come up, and keeps your contact page from getting flooded with repeat questions.
What format works best?
- Accordion (expandable): Questions collapse and expand on click. Best for long answer lists because it keeps the page from feeling overwhelming. This is what we recommend for most sites.
- Static list: Questions and answers all visible at once. Works well if you have fewer than 5 or 6 items and the answers are short.
- Tabbed: Questions grouped into tabs by category. Good if you serve multiple audiences and want to separate "Clients" from "Vendors," for example.
Platform notes
- Custom HTML sites: We'll build a lightweight, smooth-opening accordion with no dependencies. Easy to add items to later.
- WordPress: We can use a plugin or build it in the theme depending on what's already installed. We'll keep it clean and lightweight.
- Wix: The Accordion widget works well and can be fully styled inside the editor.
- Squarespace: The Accordion block is available on newer templates. On older ones, we'll work with what the platform supports.
- Webflow: We'll build it with CMS or Interactions so it's easy to update without needing a request.
Where on the page?
Most FAQ sections live on the homepage (toward the bottom), a dedicated FAQ page, a Services page, or a Pricing page. If you're not sure, just tell us the questions you want answered and we'll recommend a good spot.
What to send us
Just write out the questions and answers in plain text. No special formatting needed. Submit them through your client portal and let us know the page you'd like the FAQ on.
