How do domains and hosting work?

You can keep it where it is. If your domain lives at GoDaddy, Namecheap, or anywhere else, we'll point it to your new site by updating a couple of settings (called DNS). Nothing moves, you stay in control, and your email keeps working untouched. See how we connect your domain.

You can transfer your domain to us and we manage the renewals, settings, and any troubleshooting from then on. You won't have to worry about expiration dates or managing the domain yourself. A transfer adds a year to your registration and usually takes about 5 to 7 days.

It's easy to start fresh. You'll tell us your business name and we'll show you available domain options. Then, we'll register and set things up for you, usually the same day. Search your email for "domain renewal" or "domain registration." The company that sends those notices is your registrar. It's most often GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, Squarespace (formerly Google Domains), WordPress.com, Network Solutions, or Bluehost. You can also look up any domain at who.is to see who holds it.
