One-Time Website Help (also called a one-time web project) is a pay-once service for businesses that need a new website built or updates made to an existing site, without a monthly subscription. You still get a WebEaze client portal to track your project, and you own everything when it is done. Choose the tier that fits what you need.

Pricing tiers

Basic ($149)

Small, focused changes. Text edits, image swaps, layout tweaks, minor bug fixes, or single-page updates. Covers one page. If edits are needed on additional pages, each additional page is invoiced separately at $149.

Standard ($299)

Updates across existing pages. Content changes, layout adjustments, and section redesigns. Covers up to 2 pages. If edits are needed on more than 2 pages, each additional 2-page scope is invoiced at $299.

Full Build ($799)

A complete new website designed and developed from scratch. Includes up to 3 pages plus a contact page, custom design, and mobile optimization. Each additional page beyond the included pages is $199, invoiced separately.

You still get a client portal

Paying once does not mean you are left in the dark. Every one-time client gets a WebEaze client portal account, where you can track your website as we build it, see when it is ready for your review, and send your revision requests. You are a WebEaze client, just on a one-time basis instead of a monthly plan.

How billing works

Your flat tier price covers the design and build, plus up to 3 rounds of revisions within 14 days of delivery. Once the site is finished and those revisions are done, any further changes are billed hourly at $50.75/hour. See what happens after you pay for the full timeline.

Want ongoing support later?

If you decide you would rather have us host, maintain, and keep updating the site for you, subscribe to a monthly plan within 14 days of delivery and we will waive your first month and the $199 setup fee. Otherwise you stay a one-time client with your finished site and portal access. See subscribing after a one-time project.

What's not included

Since this is a one-time project with no monthly plan, the following are not included:

  • Ongoing maintenance or future updates
  • Hosting, backups, or security monitoring
  • Priority support, reports, or Google Meet sessions
  • Domain registration for full website builds; added to your invoice separately

Who is this for?

This option is ideal if you need a one-time update to your existing website or want a new site built without ongoing services. It's perfect for businesses that handle their own hosting, maintenance, and updates.

Existing WebEaze clients aren't eligible for one-time projects. One-time projects can't be substituted for another add-on at a different price or discount. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
