Once your payment is complete, here's exactly what to expect from start to finish.

1. You'll receive a confirmation email

After checkout, you'll get a payment confirmation from Stripe. Make sure you use a valid email address at checkout — we'll use it to follow up with next steps.

2. We reach out within 1 business day

Our team will contact you via email to introduce ourselves and confirm the details of your project. We'll ask for any materials we need to get started, such as your existing site URL, brand assets, or a description of the changes needed.

3. We get to work

Once we have what we need, work begins. Timelines vary by tier:

  • Basic: Typically completed within 3–5 business days.
  • Standard: Typically completed within 5–7 business days.
  • Full Build: First draft usually ready within 7–14 business days.

Complex projects or delayed responses on your end may extend the timeline.

4. You review and approve

We'll send you a preview for review. You'll have the opportunity to request up to 3 minor revisions within 14 calendar days of delivery, as long as they fall within the original project scope. Revisions outside of scope are invoiced separately.

After 14 days, included revisions expire and any changes past that date are invoiced at the standard rate of $50.75/hour.

Please note: 14 calendar days start from the date you're notified that the project is completed, not the date you purchased the One-Time Project.

What counts as a minor revision:

  • Small text changes (wording, phone numbers, hours, addresses)
  • Swapping an image or logo
  • Adjusting a color, font size, or spacing
  • Fixing a typo or broken link

What isn't included in a minor revision:

  • Adding a new section, page, or feature not in the original scope
  • Redesigning a layout or changing the overall structure
  • Adding functionality (forms, galleries, booking systems, etc.) not originally requested
  • Further creative improvements or enhancements beyond what was delivered

5. We deliver or launch

For Basic and Standard projects (edits to an existing site), we apply changes directly and notify you once complete.

For Full Builds, we handle domain setup, QA testing, and launch. You'll receive all files and credentials upon delivery. After handoff, we no longer retain access to your site unless you subscribe to a plan.

Tip: If you'd like us to continue maintaining your site after delivery, subscribe within 14 days to have the setup fee and first month waived. Learn more.
