When your site is published, you will receive an email confirming it. It's also updated on your Client Portal. This completes the onboarding process and future updates fall under your plan agreement.

Your plan includes unlimited maintenance and updates, unless you're on a custom billing arrangement.

Why launch timing matters

We stick to our promise of completing your website within 5-14 working days. However, that timeline depends on your availability to review and approve the site. If you are not ready to publish your website or are experiencing a busy period with your business, just let us know so we can make adjustments accordingly.

If your website is delivered after 14 working days as a result of your delay or postponement, your updates will fall under your plan agreement.

Your client portal will be updated with your new website information once it's published.
