Unlimited or standard updates means we'll handle ongoing changes to your website without charging per request. Most day-to-day changes are covered. Here's how to think about what's in scope and what isn't.

What's included

  • Text and copy edits on any existing page
  • Swapping or adding photos and images
  • Updating business info: hours, address, phone number, pricing
  • Adding or removing items from a menu, service list, or gallery
  • Minor layout tweaks: moving sections, adjusting spacing, reordering content
  • Bug fixes and broken link corrections
  • SEO copy updates: meta titles, descriptions, alt text
  • Form updates: adding fields, changing destinations, updating confirmation messages

What falls outside standard scope

These aren't automatic no's, but they're typically treated as separate work:

  • New pages beyond your plan limit: Adding a page beyond your plan's page cap is available for a one-time fee. Learn more
  • Full redesigns: Rebuilding sections from scratch, changing your color scheme entirely, or redoing the visual direction of the site goes beyond a standard update
  • New features or integrations: Things like booking tools, payment forms, or custom scripts that require development work
  • Copywriting: We don't write content on your behalf. If you need text for a new section, you'll need to provide a draft
