What you can request
Active subscription clients have unlimited updates included with their plan. Request things like:
- Text and content updates
- Image replacements, additions
- New sections or pages (within plan limits)
- Layout or design adjustments
- SEO improvements
- Bug fixes or technical issues
On a Growth plan?
Growth plan clients also have access to Live Chat, Google Meet Live Sessions, and Phone Support. You'll see these options available in your client portal if you're eligible.
What happens after you submit?
You'll see status updates in your client portal, and receive an email confirmation.
When will my changes be made?
Most changes are completed within 24-72 hours. You can view our most up-to-date turnaround times here.
Heads up: Use your client portal instead of emailing for all website changes. Requests sent via email may be missed or delayed.
