Once you submit a request through your client portal, you can follow it from start to finish. There's a live status on every request in your portal, plus email updates along the way, so you never have to wonder where things stand.

Track the status in your portal

Each request shows one of these statuses, updated in real time as we work:

  • Received means we have your request.
  • In progress means we're actively working on it.
  • Needs info means we need a bit more detail from you. You'll see a message from us in the portal with space to reply.
  • Completed means the change is live on your site. You'll also see a summary of exactly what was changed.

Email updates too

You'll get an automated email confirming we received your request, and another once it's complete. If you don't see the first one within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Turnaround times

Most standard updates are completed within 1 to 3 business days. Growth plan clients receive priority turnaround. See our turnaround estimates for specifics by request type.

Tip: If a request sits longer than you expected, open it in your portal and reply on the thread to follow up. Everything stays in one place.
