Why can't I make certain requests?

Your plan does include unlimited requests, but there are still some things we can't do for you.

Things we don't do

Writing your content from scratch. We'll format and present your words, but we don't write copy, service descriptions, bios, or blog posts for you. See Can you write the content for my website?
Designing print materials. Business cards, flyers, brochures, and signage are outside our scope. We build websites.
IT or network support. We don't troubleshoot your computer, router, email client, or office software. If your website works but your local setup doesn't, we don't have the tools to help.
Legal or compliance advice. We can add a privacy policy or terms page to your site, but we can't advise on what those policies should say for your specific business. See legal pages information.
Custom software or app development. We build websites. Full-stack apps, internal tools, browser extensions, and mobile apps are outside what we build.
Managing your third-party accounts. We can connect them for you if you pay for them. Otherwise, there's a one-time fee for these services.
