After you submit your first request, you'll see it and all future requests listed in your Requests page. It's useful for documentation, or if you'd like to revisit a request in the future. 

Where to find it

Open your portal and choose Requests in the menu.

What you'll see

You’ll see some statistics about your requests, like how much you’ve submitted and how much money you’ve saved versus hiring a developer. Below that will be a full history of your request submissions, grouped by month. 

Each request shows its status:

  • Received means we have your request.
  • In progress means we're working on it.
  • Needs your reply means we have a question. Open it and reply to keep it moving.
  • Ready for your OK means a change is ready for you to check before it goes live.
  • Done means the change is live, with notes (if applicable).

To keep a copy of all requests, select Download a PDF of your requests at the bottom of the page.
