Your client portal is your home base for everything related to your website. From one place you can request changes anytime, track what we're working on, manage billing, reach support, view your site report, and browse help. This guide walks you through each part so you feel right at home.
Signing in for the first time
You'll get an invite from WebEaze when your portal is ready. Select "Accept invitation" and you'll be prompted to set a new password. Once you set it, you're in.
After that, bookmark portal.webeaze.io and sign in with your email and password. Check "Keep me signed in" to stay logged in between visits, but only on a device that is yours.
If you ever forget your password, select "Reset it" on the login page and we'll email you a link to set a new one.
Finding your way around
The navigation bar at the top stays with you as you go. You will find the Hamburger menu on the left. On the right you'll find notification bell and Sign Out button.
Notifications are important updates about your requests, account, or site. The bell shows a red badge when something needs your attention. Select the bell to see your recent updates, then select any item to jump to it.
Home page
This is the first page you see when you log in.
View your site report
The site report card shows a quick snapshot of your site's performance. Select "View site report" to see the full report with details on speed, SEO, security, and more.
Submit a new request
Use the "New request" card to submit a change to your site. You can choose from a list of common updates, describe what you need, and attach files if needed. We'll get to work and keep you updated on the status.
Every request you submit shows a live status, and you'll still get email confirmations along the way. You'll see one of these:
- Received means we have your request.
- In progress means we're actively working on it.
- Needs info means we need a bit more detail from you. You'll see a message from us with space to reply.
- Completed means the change is live on your site, along with a note of exactly what was done.
Account overview
The account overview card shows your plan, current status, and when you joined WebEaze. Select "Account information" to see your plan details, billing history, and quick links to your Stripe portal for managing your subscription.

Important updates, reminders, and announcements from our team show up here related to your specific website or account.
Your site report
Your site report gives you a snapshot of how your website is doing. Open it from the report card on your dashboard or go to the Menu > Site Report to see the health of your site.
Milestones
As you hit milestones with WebEaze, you'll unlock badges in your portal. It's a small, fun way to mark the journey as your site grows with us and may unlock special rewards, like a month on us.
Referral program
We have a referral program where you can earn cash or service credits when you refer potential clients to us and they sign up. Open the referral program from the Menu > Referral Program to see your current referrals and earnings.

Help Center
The portal has its own Help Center. Search or browse articles right where you are and you'll find recommended articles based on your activity.

We're always improving the portal. New features will show up here as they launch, and we'll give you a heads up when something new is ready. If you ever have a question, reply to any email from us or submit a request through the portal.
