Milestones are a fun way to celebrate your journey with us. As you send requests and stay over time, you unlock badges in your portal. A few of them unlock a surprise reward that we apply to your plan.
Where to find your milestones
Open your portal and select 
> Milestones. A progress bar at the top shows how many you've earned and what's coming up next.
How milestones unlock
You don't need to manually claim anything. Milestones unlock on their own:
- Time with WebEaze, such as 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year.
- Requests completed, such as your first request, then 5, 10, and 25 requests.
Rewards
Some milestones hide a surprise perk, like a month of service on us. When you reach one, we apply the reward to your account automatically and let you know.
Keep an eye out for the "Mystery reward" badges. They stay hidden until you unlock them.
