Milestones are a fun way to celebrate your journey with WebEaze. As you send requests and stay with us over time, you unlock badges in your Client Portal. A few of them unlock a surprise reward that we apply to your account for you.

Where to find your milestones

Open your portal and choose Milestones in the menu. A progress bar at the top shows how many you've earned and what's coming up next.

How milestones unlock

You don't have to claim anything. Milestones unlock on their own in two ways:

  • Time with WebEaze, such as 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year.
  • Requests completed, such as your first request, then 5, 10, and 25 requests.

Rewards

Some milestones hide a surprise perk, like a month of service on us. When you reach one, we apply the reward to your account automatically and let you know. There's nothing to redeem.

Keep an eye out for the "Mystery reward" badges. They stay hidden until you unlock them.
