Already have a website with another provider or agency? Moving to WebEaze is simple, and you won't lose what you've already paid. We handle the migration for you, and we credit you for the time you already covered with your current provider.

The transfer credit

If you've already paid another provider for the current period, we'll credit that amount toward your WebEaze plan for the same period, up to $500 USD.

  • On a monthly plan: we credit what you paid your previous provider for the current month.
  • On an annual plan: we credit what you paid for the current year.
The credit is capped at $500 USD and applies to the current period only. It is a one-time credit to make switching painless. If you paid less than $500 for the current period, the credit will be applied up to that amount less than $500.

How to claim it

When you sign up, send us proof of your most recent payment to your current provider. You must provide an official receipt or invoice to qualify.

  1. Sign up for the plan that fits you on our pricing page.
  2. Send your recent payment receipt through your client portal or by replying to your welcome email.
  3. We confirm the amount and apply the credit, up to $500, to your first invoice.

What we handle in the move

Once you're signed up, we take care of:

  • Moving or rebuilding your site so it stays online during the switch

  • Setting up hosting, SSL, and regular backups
  • Preserving your content, pages, and SEO wherever possible

A few things to know

  • The credit covers what you paid your previous provider, not future charges with them. Be sure to cancel your old plan so you are not double-billed.
  • The credit is applied to your WebEaze charges. It is not paid out as cash.
  • Payments made in another currency are converted to USD, still capped at $500.
