In extremely rare cases, WebEaze may contact you after you join to explain that we can't fulfill your project or website request. Common reasons include the following:
- New additions or custom features discussed after the project starts that change the scope in a major way.
- Security issues that we cannot correct or implement safely.
- High complexity that exceeds our build window. For example, a social network is more complex than a simple online shop.
How can I avoid this?
We recommend you book a free discovery call before you buy. We'll confirm your needs, timeline, and budget, and tell you if we're not a good fit so you can choose another provider at no cost. If you skip the call, we'll still build and manage your website, however, there's a small chance we may end the project if later custom requests are much more complex than expected.
Do I get a refund?
If WebEaze ends your project, we don't issue refunds. Payments cover services already provided such as research, planning, and the work done to deploy your website. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
