In extremely rare cases, we may contact you while building your website if we're unable to finish it. This happens because of:

  • New additions or custom features discussed after the project starts that change the scope in a major way.
  • Security issues that we cannot correct or implement safely.
  • High complexity that exceeds our build window. For example, a social network is more complex than a simple online shop.

How can I avoid this?

Let us know in full what your website needs are in advance. This is why we offer a free discovery call, to understand your needs and if we deny your project there, you won't accrue any fees.

Do I get a refund?

If we're unable to finish your website because you provided incomplete or inaccurate information, we cannot issue a refund.

In cases where we cannot finish your website due to circumstances beyond your or our control, we will refund you 50% of the total costs paid for your website.
