When you request a change and don't see it right away, it's almost always your browser cache. Your browser stores a local copy of the site to load it faster, and sometimes that copy is outdated. Here's how to fix it.

Quick fix: hard refresh

Before clearing your full cache, try a hard refresh:

  • Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + R
  • Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R
  • iPhone/iPad: Pull down on the page in Safari to force a refresh
  • Android: Tap the three-dot menu in Chrome, then tap the refresh icon
