Every build includes up to 3 rounds of revisions before your site goes live. A revision round is when you review the current draft, send us a list of changes, and we apply them before you review again.

How it works

  1. We send you a preview link for your first draft
  2. You review it and send feedback through the client portal
  3. We make the changes and send you an updated version
  4. Repeat up to 3 times until you're happy
  5. You give us the green light and we launch

What if I need more than 3 rounds?

Three rounds is enough for most builds when the feedback is clear and the original content submission was thorough. If you've used all 3 rounds and still need significant changes, we'll assess the situation and may apply a small fee for additional revision work depending on what's left.

Tips to get it right faster

  • Be specific: "make the header text bigger" is more useful than "I don't like the header"
  • Consolidate all your feedback into one message per round instead of sending changes one by one
  • Share inspiration sites early so we understand your visual direction before we start

After launch

Once your site is live, you can request changes at any time as part of your ongoing plan. There's no limit on updates after launch.
