Revision rounds

After the first draft of your website is ready, you'll receive a preview link (if applicable) for you to review. You can reply and let us know what needs to be adjusted or added. Each plan includes 3 revision rounds before launch. After launch, requests fall under your plan's scope.

What if revisions don't solve the issue?

If the website still doesn't meet your expectations, send us an email. We'll review and work with you to find a solution.

Refund policy

Refunds follow our Refund Policy. If we're unable to deliver what was agreed upon, we'll work with you to make it right.
