  • Page updates: any changes we made to your pages, such as content or design tweaks
  • Personal note: if there's anything worth flagging, we'll include a note for you

We understand there may be months where you don't request any changes. Your website's still being watched, measured, and maintained.

In addition, hosting, security, SSL, uptime monitoring, weekly performance testing, and SEO upkeep all run in the background. The monthly report is your proof of ongoing work.

A typical web designer wouldn't do this level of ongoing maintenance and reporting without a retainer (or charging around $100/hour for it).
