How it works

  1. Email info@webeaze.io with your login details.
  2. We use your credentials only to log in and complete the requested website updates on your behalf.
  3. Once the work is done, you can change your password at any time if you wish.

Your information is 100% confidential

Any credentials you share are strictly confidential and are only viewed by WebEaze for the sole purpose of logging in and completing necessary website updates on your behalf. We'll never share, store beyond what is needed, or use your credentials for any other purpose.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

If you have two-factor authentication enabled on your account, please either temporarily disable it before we log in, or be available to provide the verification code when we attempt to access the platform. We'll coordinate timing with you so the process is smooth.

When should I use this?

  • Your platform doesn't support adding a collaborator or manager role
  • You prefer to share credentials directly rather than navigating permission settings
  • You need us to access a specific tool or service (e.g., domain registrar, email host) that requires a direct login

Important: If you choose to share your credentials, we recommend changing your password after we complete the work for added security. Only send us credentials if requested by us. We'll never ask for your password outside of this process.
