Yes. Video is one of the best ways to show what your business does and build trust quickly. Here's what's possible and how it works across platforms.

Types of video we can add

  • Embedded YouTube or Vimeo video — A video player placed on a page. Works on every platform. You provide the YouTube or Vimeo link and we embed it wherever you want it.
  • Video background — A looping, muted video that plays behind a section or the full hero area. Works best on custom HTML sites and Webflow. More limited on Wix and Squarespace.
  • Video testimonials — An embedded client video paired with a quote or bio section. Same setup as a standard embed.
  • Inline video (self-hosted) — A video file uploaded directly to your site rather than via YouTube or Vimeo. We generally don't recommend this as it significantly slows page load times. Hosting on YouTube or Vimeo and embedding is almost always the better approach.

Platform notes

  • Custom HTML sites: Full flexibility. Video embeds, autoplay backgrounds, and custom thumbnail overlays are all available.
  • WordPress: Embeds via the block editor or a page builder. Video background support depends on your theme or page builder.
  • Wix: Video embeds and background videos are both supported natively. Some autoplay behavior depends on the visitor's browser settings.
  • Squarespace: YouTube and Vimeo embeds work in most blocks. Video backgrounds are supported on certain section types.
  • Webflow: Full support for embeds, video backgrounds, and custom controls.

Autoplay and mobile

Most browsers mute and limit autoplay video, especially on mobile. We'll configure video settings so the experience is smooth across devices. For hero video backgrounds, we typically show a static fallback image on mobile to keep load times fast.
