Yes, photos can be added or updated at any time after launch. How you go about it depends on how your website is hosted.
If WebEaze built and hosts your site (e.g., GitHub Pages)
You don't have direct access to the files or the editor. To add or replace photos, submit a request with the images attached and tell us where they should go. We'll place them and make sure they are optimized and correctly sized.
This applies to the majority of WebEaze-built websites.
If your site is on Wix, Squarespace, or a similar platform
You may have editor access to your own platform account, which means you can log in and make changes yourself. This is fine and you're welcome to do so. However, please keep the following in mind:
- WebEaze isn't responsible for changes made by you or anyone on your team directly inside the platform editor
- If a self-made change breaks something or affects the layout, fixing it may fall outside the scope of a standard update request
- For anything beyond swapping an image, we recommend submitting a request so the change is done consistently with the rest of your design
Tips for sending photos
- Use high-resolution images, at least 1200px wide
- Label files clearly so we know where each one goes, for example "hero-banner.jpg" or "team-photo-sarah.jpg"
- See our photo guidelines for tips on choosing images that look professional
