You can cancel any monthly add-on at any time. What happens after cancellation depends on the specific add-on.

When does cancellation take effect?

Immediately. The add-on is removed on your next billing cycle, and you won't be charged for that add-on anymore. Add-ons follow our Refund Policy.

What happens to each add-on

AI Chatbot ($79/mo)

  • The chatbot widget is removed from your website within 1 working day
  • Your chatbot configuration is kept on file for 90 days
  • Reactivation after 90 days requires a full retrain of the chatbot

Ad Management ($149/mo)

  • All active ad campaigns are paused within 1 working day
  • Your Google Ads and Meta accounts remain 100% yours
  • You retain full access to your ad accounts, history, and creative assets
  • You can reactivate at any time; campaigns can typically be resumed without rebuilding from scratch

Email Newsletter ($99/mo)

  • No further newsletters are created or sent after cancellation
  • Your subscriber list stays with you
  • If you manage the email platform directly (e.g. Mailchimp), your account is unaffected
  • Past newsletter designs and content remain available if we managed them on your behalf

Google Business Profile Management ($79/mo)

  • We stop posting updates and responding to reviews on your behalf
  • Your Google Business Profile remains live since it's your account
  • If we set up or claimed the profile on your behalf, we will transfer access back to you
  • You continue to manage the profile yourself or reactivate the add-on at any time

How to cancel an add-on

Visit your Stripe billing portal to remove an add-on from your subscription, or contact us. We'll process the cancellation within 1 working day.

Reactivating an add-on

You can add any service back at any time by submitting a request. For the AI Chatbot, reactivation beyond 90 days requires a full retrain.
