Not everything is transferred to you when you cancel your plan. What you own depends on how your website was setup, and our policies.

What you always own

  • Your content: Any text, images, logos, and brand assets you provided to us. These are yours and wefre yours from the start.
  • Your domain (if you registered it yourself): If you brought your own domain to WebEaze, it remains yours. We'll disconnect it from our servers upon cancellation.

What stays with us

  • The website design and code: The custom layouts, design work, and code we built remain WebEaze property unless transferred. You can't copy or deploy our design elsewhere without a transfer.

What we manage while you're subscribed

While your plan is active, we handle the technical side of your website:

  • Hosting and maintenance: we take care of server setup, updates, and backend performance.
  • Platform licenses: we cover any licenses that power your site, such as page builders and security tools.
  • Ongoing upkeep: for as long as you're subscribed, all technical maintenance is handled for you.

Domains

Domains registered by us are typically held until you pay applicable fees.

Domains you registered yourself are yours to keep and manage as you see fit. We're not responsible for any domain connection issues after you cancel.
