Your plan allows us to handle everything related to your website: domain, hosting, and all design elements.

We understand you also want hands-on control over your website, so here's a guide of what you should and shouldn't manage.

What you can manage

  • Minor text changes. E.g., correcting typos, updating service descriptions, updating business hours, contact info
  • Adding/removing products (if you have an online store)
  • Adding blog posts, news, updates
  • Adding links and associated service pages*
  • Updating images or media content

*Important: If you add an additional page to your website on your own, we cannot manage that page unless a additional page fee is paid for.

What you shouldn't manage

  • Editing products in your store (if you have an online store)
  • Installing plugins, integrations, or apps
  • Editing the website's code. Includes HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Changing any settings related to hosting, domains, or DNS
  • Adjusting layouts or mobile design elements

Why this matters

Your site is built and optimized for performance, security and SEO - all work together to deliver a great user experience. Unauthorized changes can create issues that affect these core parts.

Your plan allows you to request updates or changes to your website, at any time. Use it as much as you need to keep your site up-to-date and functioning properly.

Please Note: If you make changes outside of our support and it breaks the website, we will charge an additional 2 hours of work to fix it. We're not responsible for changes not completed by our team.
