Our websites are designed to look great on all devices, but sometimes issues can occur due to browser compatibility or caching.

Try a different browser/phone

If you're on Safari and something looks off, try Chrome, or the other way around. If it looks fine in one browser but not the other, that tells us where to look.

Clear your browser cache

Your phone may be showing an outdated version of the site. See How do I clear my cache? for steps for each browser and device.

Take screenshots and note details

  • Your phone model and OS version (e.g., iPhone 15 running iOS 17, or Samsung Galaxy S24 running Android 14)
  • The browser you're using (Safari, Chrome, Samsung Internet, etc.)
  • Which page or section has the issue
