If your website looks different or broken on your phone compared to a desktop, there are a few things to check before submitting a report.
Step 1: Try a different browser on your phone
If you're on Safari and something looks off, try Chrome, or the other way around. If it looks fine in one browser but not the other, that tells us exactly where to look. Note which browser has the issue.
Step 2: Clear your mobile browser's cache
Your phone may be showing an outdated version of the site. See How do I clear my cache? for steps for each browser and device.
Step 3: Take a screenshot and note the details
- Your phone model and OS version (e.g., iPhone 15 running iOS 17, or Samsung Galaxy S24 running Android 14)
- The browser you're using (Safari, Chrome, Samsung Internet, etc.)
- Which page or section has the issue

Send a request with your screenshot and the details above. Mobile layout issues are a priority for us and we'll get it corrected.
Note: We test all sites on iOS and Android before launch, but new phone models and OS updates can occasionally change how elements render.
