Try a different browser/phone

If you're on Safari and something looks off, try Chrome, or the other way around.

Clear your browser cache

Your phone may be showing an outdated version of the site if we recently made changes. See How do I clear my cache? for steps for each browser and device.

Submit a request

Submit a request with this information as much as possible:

  • Your phone model and OS version (e.g., iPhone 15 running iOS 17, or Samsung Galaxy S24 running Android 14)
  • The browser you're using (Safari, Chrome, Samsung Internet, etc.)
  • Which page or section has the issue
Note: We test all sites on iOS and Android before launch, but new phone models and OS updates can occasionally change how elements render.
