No. We don't offer a money-back guarantee or refunds on subscription payments.

Each website is custom-built for your specific business. Once work begins, time and resources are committed to your project regardless of whether you remain a subscriber. Because of this, payments are non-refundable.

What if WebEaze cancels the project?

In the rare case that we're unable to complete your project due to scope or technical limitations on our end, we'll work with you to find a resolution. If we end a project before delivery, we review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Please see our Unfinished Work policy for details.

What if I'm unhappy with the result?

We include revision rounds in every build and will continue making changes until you approve the site. If you have concerns, reach out before canceling. See What if I'm not happy with my website? for more on how we handle this.
