You can reactivate a WebEaze plan at any time after cancellation. However, reactivation is treated as a new subscription, not a continuation of your previous one.

What this means

  • The one-time setup fee applies again at checkout
  • Your previous billing date isn't preserved
  • Any billing date change you used on your previous account counts toward your one-time lifetime allowance
  • Previous invoices and account history remain accessible through Stripe

Your website after cancellation

After cancellation, your website files are held for a period of time before being removed. If you reactivate within that window, we may be able to restore your previous site. If files have already been removed, we'll need to rebuild from scratch. See the Cancellation Policy for exact retention timelines.

Your domain

If WebEaze registered your domain on your behalf, reactivating your plan doesn't automatically reconnect it. Reach out to us before reactivating so we can confirm the status of your domain before you proceed.
