Our current turnaround times are posted here. You will also see a banner in your portal when there are any updates.

Working hours

We're here Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time. Requests submitted outside those hours are handled when we reopen.

Request status

When we're working on your request, you'll know when we've seen it and are working on it. If we need additional information from you, we'll follow up. While we have turnaround times, most requests during normal workloads are handled before stated timelines.
