Do you test changes before they go live?

Yes. Every change we make is tested before it goes live.

New website builds

Every new site is built on a private preview link before it ever goes live. You'll get a chance to review your website before it launches. That's why we offer revisions.

Ongoing updates

For routine content changes (text, photos, hours, pricing), we publish them once we're done and you are notified via email and through your portal.

Larger changes

For more significant work, like a redesigned section, a new page, etc., we may build a preview first and send it to you before publishing. If you'd like to review something before it goes live, just mention it in your request and we'll set that up.

What if a change isn't right?

We aim to get changes right the first time. If any change looks off, reply to the email regarding your request, or submit one.
