Yes. We don't push major changes directly to your live website without care. Here's how we handle it at each stage.
New website builds
Every new site is built on a private preview link before it ever goes live. You'll get a chance to review the full design, request changes, and give your final approval. Nothing goes live until you say it's ready.
Ongoing updates
For routine content changes (text, photos, hours, pricing), we typically publish directly once the change is confirmed. These are low-risk edits that don't affect the design or structure of your site.
Larger changes
For more significant work, like a redesigned section, a new page, etc., we may build a preview first and send it to you before publishing. If you'd like to review something before it goes live, just mention it in your request and we'll set that up.
What if a change isn't right?
We aim to get it right the first time. If something isn't quite what you had in mind, submit a follow-up request describing what needs to change and we'll fix it promptly. Revisions are included in your plan.
